  7. Know that we are all connected.

  8. Today is your only day ! Live for today, tomorrow is not promised. Today is the gift, yesterday is gone.

  10. Immerse yourself in nature. Universe’s gift. Forest Bathing, Sunlight on the skin is a form of medicine.

  11. Admire trees - They are living companions.

  12. Listen to your body. Dis-ease is talking to you all the time.
