About Jenny: Lighting the Path, the Heart behind Wholesome Way

Having reached my 50’s, I find myself deeply rooted in the Pro-Aging journey. It is a season of immense transition, but also one of great potential.

My path began in my teens as a spiritual seeker - decades of self discovery and mindful manifesting.

As a Level 2 Yoga Australia Teacher

I created Wholesome Way to share the tools that have anchored me and continue to inspire me.

I combine my lifelong spiritual practice with professional expertise to guide you safely through restorative movement & mobility. Through mindful movement and meditation, we aim to find balance, health and relaxation.

My mission is to guide you toward a life of Joy, proving that the path to a vibrant ife begins by turning inward.

I offer a safe, empathetic space to navigate life’s complexities using a gentle, trauma-informed approach.

Soothe: Moving with kindness to release tension and find ease.
