My journey has been one of constant spiritual seeking and mindful manifesting since my teenage years. This deep, personal foundation is what fuels Wholesome Way today. I don’t just teach yoga; I share a way of living that has supported me for decades.
As a Yoga Practitioner and Spiritual Mentor registered with Yoga Australia, I bring over 12 years of professional teaching experience (2013–2025) to our sanctuary. From local community classes to immersive Wellness Retreats, my goal has always been the same: to make ancient wisdom accessible and healing.
