About Jenny: The Heart behind the Wholesome Way
I am a dedicated practitioner living a nomadic, wholesome life. Having reached my 50’s, I find myself deeply rooted in the Pro-Aging journey. It is a season of immense transition, but also one of great potential.
My path began in my teens as a spiritual seeker. What followed were decades of self discovery and mindful manifesting that eventually led me to the mat.
With over 13 years of dedicated yoga study, I am passionate about documenting the integration of somatic health and ancient wisdom into modern everyday living.
As a Level 2 Yoga Australia Teacher, I created Wholesome Way to share the tools that have anchored me and continue to inspire my own practice.
Integrated Wisdom: I combine my lifelong spiritual practice with professional expertise to guide you safely through restorative movement & mobility.
Through mindful movement and meditation, we aim to find balance, health and relaxation.
